Description
All of our chocolate is hand made and tree-to-bar. By this we mean that we only use cacao from our family farm in Espírito Santo, Brazil. We're working directly with the same cacao that our family has been growing for 4 generations, so we have an in-depth understanding of the unique characteristics of our terroir. We are hands-on and directly responsible for every step of the chocolate making process, from the selection of the ripe cocoa pods all the the way to the making of chocolate bars and other chocolate delights. This control of the entire production process gives us a unique ability to carefully develop the chocolate's flavor and guarantee quality through vital steps like the fermentation and roasting of the cocoa beans.
